The Comprehensive Guidance presents various employment law requirements at the federal and state levels. Written by Littler, each guide provides requirements for pre-hire, hire, employment, and end of employment in your state. When the Comprehensive Guidance opens, go to page 5 to view the interactive table of contents where you can quickly scan the topics and click on what you are looking for.
