Our Reference Center is designed to be a quick way to select an employment law topic and find the answers you are looking for. But, what if you don’t see the topic you want on the dropdown list? Or, the topic you select doesn’t exactly match the content you are looking for? That means it’s time to check out the Comprehensive Guidance!

The Comprehensive Guidance presents various employment law requirements at the federal and state levels. Written by Littler, each guide provides requirements for pre-hire, hire, employment, and end of employment in your state. When the Comprehensive Guidance opens, go to page 5 to view the interactive table of contents where you can quickly scan the topics and click on what you are looking for.
