We are so excited to let you know that Navigator OT will soon be getting a design refresh! You can think of this design refresh as a “facelift” that gives Navigator OT a new look and feel while keeping all of the “behind-the-scenes” information, logic, and analysis the same. The newly redesigned Navigator OT has the same engine supported by Littler as the current version

We can’t wait for you to see the new version of Navigator OT! You can check out a short video [here](https://youtu.be/Ri5WgpcgXUE). Here’s some of what you can expect:

More workflow flexibility  
You can…  

- Copy in-progress evaluations
- Pre-fill a questionnaire before assigning to someone else
- Easily re-assign a questionnaire multiple times

**Move through the evaluation more quickly and easily**  
With…

- A questionnaire that is generated by answering a single question
- A more intuitive UI with less screens and clicks to complete and allows for fluid movement throughout sections
- One-click questionnaire access for reassigned questionnaires
- Questions that are regrouped and reordered to be presented in a way you are more likely to think about the position
- Job duties that are more user friendly
- A simpler way to create multiple evaluations at once via CSV

**A report that’s faster and easier to understand**  
Now …

- Admin are taken straight into report with no clicks
- Compensation requirements and risk are clearly broken out and easy to locate
- Information is presented by exemption type

 There are a few other differences in the redesigned Navigator OT, including a little bit of retired functionality. We removed reminders, reviews, employee evaluations (the new version evaluates positions), PDFs, and the document upload. We also reduced some of the dashboard “noise.”
