OT Regulations Update

As promised, we continue to carefully monitor the status of the upcoming changes to the overtime exemption regulations. At the end of August, the Department of Labor released a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) to revise the existing overtime regulations. We do not know the timeline of when the final regulations will be published or become effective. We do know, though, that once the final regulations are published, we will work with Littler determine the updates Navigator OT will need. We will continue to monitor the status and keep you updated!
