Predictive Scheduling Update
Los Angeles has adopted “fair workweek” legislation that will go into effect on April 1, 2023. To learn more about this legislation, or other jurisdictions with predictive and fair scheduling regulations, check out our Predictive Scheduling report. This report covers laws aimed at providing more scheduling predictability to hourly workers and can be accessed two ways:
