Split Outlook on Inclusion, Equity, and Diversity
The current outlook on inclusion, equity, and diversity (IE&D) programs is split. Littler recently released their “2025 Inclusion, Equity, and Diversity Report,” which includes insights from nearly 350 c-suite professionals both before and after the inauguration of President Trump. This report finds that while some organizations do not expect much change to their commitments to IE&D during the new administration’s term, others are more cautious and anticipate cutbacks to their IE&D commitments in the coming months.
