Minimum Wage Report The new year always ushers in new minimum wage rates. Be sure to check out your jurisdictions in our Minimum Wage report to see if there are updates. Navigator Leave Forms Our Navigator Leave Forms have been updated to include [California’s expansion of the definition of “family member” to include a designated person](https://www.littler.com/publication-press/publication/new-california-designated-person-standards-could-further-complicate). These changes affected the Request for Leave, Notice of Eligibility, and Designation Notice forms. Navigator Leave forms are accessible through the Navigator Leave card. Navigator Onboarding If you are in Colorado, you are now required to provide notification about the state’s paid family and medical leave program. [Rhode Island’s salary history ban](https://www.littler.com/publication-press/publication/rhode-island-enacts-comprehensive-pay-equity-law) took effect on the first of the year.
