We are excited to announce that we have been making updates to the Posters Report on the Reference Center so that it will be easier for you to use! On Monday, May 13, 2024, the Posters Report will have a new look that re-organizes the content currently found on the report. This update will allow you to use the Comparison View and the content smart links with more pinpointed ease. You will be able to expand, view, compare, and save links to Posters content that answers the following questions:

We are pleased to let you know that the Posters report now includes future content. If your selected jurisdiction has future content, you will see a section titled “Updates Take Effect On.” If your jurisdiction does not have future content, this section will not appear.

The new Posters report gives you the same functionality available on the ComplianceHR Reference Center Minimum Wage and Paid Sick Leave reports, including content smart links and options to select multiple jurisdictions and create side-by-side comparisons.

Did you know that the EEOC updated the “Know Your Rights: Workplace Discrimination is Illegal” poster? As a result, your copy of the poster needs to be updated to make sure your organization is in compliance. Don’t forget to update any electronic copy of the poster your organization may use in addition to the physical copies posted at your work sites.
