- Annual amount earned and percentage that is anticipated to come from the company
- Number of employees and benefits provided to employees
- Details of advertising, location, and investment in their work
Company’s Relationship with the Contactor
- Contractor’s past employment with the company
- Benefits provided by the company to the contractor
- Training and discipline of the contractor
- Policies the contractor must follow
