Navigator OT has been updated, and any evaluations submitted will now use the new salary level needed to qualify for the FLSA's administrative, executive, and professional exemptions that goes into effect on July 1, 2024 ($844 per week/$43,888 annualized). If you would like to re-run any previously submitted evaluation to see how the new level affects the risk analysis, you can do so by following these steps. Just a reminder: Any evaluations that were in progress but not submitted before 9 pm EST on June 17, 2024, will use the new salary level when they are submitted.
