New Meal and Rest Breaks Report

We are kicking the summer off with an exciting announcement: We have released our new Meal and Rest Breaks report! This report is available through the Reference Center, and includes the side-by-side comparison and content smart link features. This report presents the previous Meal and Rest content, but breaks it down into smaller topics, to help you find the information you are looking for more quickly. This report answers the following questions for your selected jurisdiction(s):

• Are meal periods required?
• If a meal period is given, does the meal period need to be paid?
• Can the employer require that a meal period be taken on the premises?
• Are rest breaks required?
• If a rest break is given, does the rest break need to be paid?
