Important Poster Update

We love to keep our customers up to date on what’s happening in employment law, so we want to make sure you are aware of a change that took place last week. Did you know that the EEOC updated the “Know Your Rights: Workplace Discrimination is Illegal” poster? As a result, your copy of the poster needs to be updated to make sure your organization is in compliance. Don’t forget to update any electronic copy of the poster your organization may use in addition to the physical copies posted at your work sites.

You can use our Navigator Posters solution to view the updated poster along with posting requirements. Select any jurisdiction within the solution, and you will see this information displayed close to the top of the screen, in the Federal Requirements section.

Navigator Posters is designed to help you know which postings and notices are required at both the federal and state levels, providing useful information regarding the specific requirements and relevant links. You can access this information in two ways on your platform:

  • In the Reference Center, select the topic “Posters”
  • Under Navigator Pay Practices, click “Use Rapid Reference” and select “Navigator Posters”
