Exciting Reference Center Updates Are Coming Soon!

We are excited to let you know that updates to the Reference Center are coming soon! Following our product roadmap and some client feedback, there will be new features we think you will find useful:

All content will be available in the Reference Center format. This will allow you to create content smart links and compare jurisdictions for all topics in the Reference Center, with the exception of the Comprehensive Guidance.

The Comprehensive Guides will open within the Reference Center, allowing you to pick a different jurisdiction or topic without navigating to a different tab in your browser.

You will have the option of expanding all content with one click, or you can scroll down and expand just the content you would like to view.

The main menu will have the ability to select a different topic, not just jurisdiction, so you don’t have to go back to your Platform homepage to change topics.

You will be able to view reports in Comparison View. This view will allow you to see report content organized by subtopic (or question) instead of jurisdiction, which is helpful if you want to drill down into a more specific topic across multiple jurisdictions.

The Timeline View will let you quickly see upcoming effective dates for the topic you are viewing.

We will let you know when the new version of the Reference Center is available and will update the Knowledge Center with tips on using these new features. Please feel free to reach out to us at support@compliancehr.com with any questions.
