ComplianceHR is Now a Littler Company

We are very excited to share that ComplianceHR has been fully acquired by Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law firm. As a valued client, we wanted to share this information with you before it becomes public next week.

As a longtime Littler joint venture, we have leveraged exclusive data, knowledge, and information to provide you with solutions that simplify the complexity of employment law. Deepening our partnership with Littler allows us to not only deliver additional employment and labor law topics and information, but it also enables us to continue to improve and expand our solution offerings.

Over the next 12-18 months, we will be making helpful improvements and time-saving updates to our solutions’ speed, design, user interface, and overall user experience. Some specifics that you can look forward to include:
  • Reference Center: Improving options for finding answers, filtering, and sorting
  • PolicySmart: Moving to a policy-centered design and stepping away from static templates
  • Navigator OT: Improving record views and adding flexible workflows for sending questionnaires
  • Navigator IC: Improving the look and feel to better align with Navigator OT
  • Document Center: Implementing a faster, more intuitive user experience and moving away from the current “wizard” design
  • The Entire Navigator Suite: Unifying the navigation across all solutions and simplifying the permission structure
