We love to keep our customers up to date on what’s happening in employment law, so we want to make sure you are aware of a change that took place last week. Did you know that the EEOC updated the “Know Your Rights: Workplace Discrimination is Illegal” poster? As a result, your copy of the poster needs to be updated to make sure your organization is in compliance. Don’t forget to update any electronic copy of the poster your organization may use in addition to the physical copies posted at your work sites.
